Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website of Abhi Mittal, mortgage associate with Pegasus Mortgage, in Calgary, Alberta.
The short version
- The site only collects what you type into a form and choose to send.
- It has no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and it doesn't sell your information.
- The mortgage calculator and the game run in your browser. Nothing you enter there is sent anywhere.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, using the form below.
What is collected, and why

Sending a form is not a mortgage application, and your credit will never be checked without your written permission. If you later apply for a mortgage, that information is collected separately, with its own consent, under Pegasus Mortgage's privacy policy.
Your consent
When you tick the box on a form, you agree to the use described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by asking us. You don't have to use the forms. You can call or email instead.
Who helps run this site
These services help run the site. None of them receive your information for their own marketing.

Fonts are stored on this site, so your browser doesn't contact Google or any font service. Information stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country, and may be accessed by its authorities.
How long it's kept
Form messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up, and for any period the law or Pegasus Mortgage's record-keeping rules require. Then they are deleted.
Children
This site is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the forms, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a young person has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Emails
This site doesn't sign you up for newsletters or marketing emails. Abhi will only email you to reply to your request. If that ever changes, it will be with your permission, and every such email will include a working unsubscribe link, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.
Your rights, and how to delete your data
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within 45 days, as Alberta's privacy law requires. There is no charge to correct or delete your information.
