How it works
Simple steps, no surprises.
From a free first call to the day you get your keys, here's exactly what happens and what you'll need.
Step by step
From hello to house keys in four steps
Twenty minutes, no paperwork, no credit check. Tell me your goals and I'll tell you honestly what's possible.
I gather your documents once and check your numbers against today's rules, so you know your budget before you shop.
I compare options from several lenders and explain the trade-offs plainly: rate, term, penalties and flexibility.
I work with your realtor and lawyer through closing, then check in well before your renewal.
